History

Our Journey

PT. Dey Makmur Berkah (DMB) traces its business roots back to 2013, when the founder began engaging in international export activities of natural charcoal products. These early exports established practical experience in cross-border trade, buyer coordination, logistics, and export documentation.

Early Export Activities (2013–2015)

Between 2013 and 2015, export activities focused on Indonesian natural charcoal supplied to international buyers, particularly in the Middle East. This phase built a strong understanding of quality requirements, shipping coordination, and compliance standards in overseas markets.

Formation of CV. Dey Multi International (2016)

To support growing activities, the business was formally established in 2016 as CV. Dey Multi International. This step strengthened operational structure and credibility, enabling broader engagement in general trading while continuing charcoal exports.

Trade Diversification & Regional Expansion (2016–2020)

During this period, the company diversified into agricultural trading, including fresh fruit sourcing and trading from Australia and several Asian origins, supplied to buyers in the Middle East.
This expansion enhanced DMB’s experience in handling perishable goods, supplier coordination across regions, and market-specific requirements.

Transformation into PT. Dey Makmur Berkah (2021)

In 2021, in line with business growth and long-term strategy, the company was restructured and incorporated as PT. Dey Makmur Berkah. The transformation strengthened legal standing and compliance readiness, positioning the company to facilitate more structured and larger-scale international transactions.

Consolidation & Market Development (2021–2023)

Following incorporation, DMB consolidated its trading portfolio across charcoal products, agricultural commodities, edible oils, and general trading goods, while continuing to expand relationships with suppliers and buyers across the Middle East, Asia, Australia, Africa, and the Americas.

Expansion into Energy & Industrial Commodities (Since 2024)

Starting in 2024, DMB expanded its trading activities into energy and industrial commodities, including:

  • Coal (Thermal & Industrial Use)
  • Diesel and refined energy products
  • Oils for consumption and industrial applications

This phase reflects the company’s strategic response to evolving global demand and its growing capability to coordinate complex, compliance-driven international trades.
